Golden is famous for:

• Its location relative to the mountains. You’re a lot closer to the mountains when you’re in Golden. Jump right on I-70, be up at five world class ski resorts within an hour.

• Then of course there’s the beautiful views and the gorgeous setting of Golden, set right into the foothills of the front range.

• The School of Mines is one of the most famous and best engineering schools in the entire country.

• And of course, there’s the Coors Brewery. Don’t forget to stop by and take a tour of the brewery. (And here’s an insider tip from a local Golden resident, If you want to skip the brewery tour and get right to the tasting room to get some of the samples of the Coors Beers? Let’s look at the Golden Real Estate market. This is one of the best Real Estate markets in the Denver metro area because there’s a limited amount of supply.
