Fox Hollow has a golf course. It’s a great public golf course just on the west side, you can see the foothills in from the golf course – terrific views! This neighborhood is about, I’m going to say, 20 to 25 minutes from Downtown Denver. The homes are all in the $500,000 – $700,000 range with beautiful three car garages.

Some of the homes back up to the golf course, to the Fox Hollow golf course. They are just gorgeous, stucco and stone-type homes. They are a little less expensive away from the golf course, as usual. There are not a lot for sale in this area.

On the west side of Denver there’s an area called Bear Creek. It is a brand new development of Richmond Homes. These are terrific homes from the $500,000’s.
